For students and parents

• Posting a requirement is free.
• You agree to be contacted by up to seven verified tutors on the number you provide.
• Fees, timings and any agreement are strictly between you and the tutor. ClassWide does not collect tuition fees.

For tutors

• You must submit genuine identity documents. Fake or borrowed documents lead to permanent suspension without refund.
• Coins are a prepaid credit used to unlock leads. Lead prices change over time as displayed on the platform.
• ClassWide does not guarantee that a student will respond or hire you.
• Misuse of student contact details, spam, or harassment results in immediate suspension.

General

ClassWide may suspend accounts, remove leads it judges to be spam, and change pricing parameters with notice on the platform.
