What we collect

When a student posts a requirement we store the details entered in the form, including a phone number. When a tutor registers we store profile details, identity documents uploaded for verification, and a record of coin purchases and lead unlocks.

How it is used

• Student contact details are shown only to tutors who unlock that specific lead (maximum seven).
• Identity documents are viewed only by ClassWide administrators for verification and are never shown to other users.
• Payment details are processed by Razorpay; ClassWide never sees card or bank credentials.

Emails

Tutors receive an email for each new requirement. This can be switched off from the tutor dashboard at any time.

Deletion

Write to us from the contact page to request deletion of your account and documents.
