Refund policy

Coins

Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except where a payment was charged but coins were not credited. In that case write to us with the payment ID and we will credit the coins or reverse the charge within 5 working days.

Leads

If a lead you unlocked turns out to be fake (wrong number, student never existed), report it from the lead page within 7 days. After review, the coins you spent are returned to your balance.
