Can I get spoken English rather than school English?
Yes — write "spoken English, fluency" in the subjects field. It reaches a different set of teachers from the ones who prepare board papers.
How much does a English tuition teacher cost?
It depends far more on your city and the class than on the subject — roughly ₹2,500 a month in smaller cities up to ₹18,000 in South Delhi or Gurgaon for senior classes. You set your own budget when you post, and we take no share of it.
Can I get a demo class first?
Yes, and you should. Every teacher on The Classwide expects to give one before anything is agreed. It is the only reliable way to tell whether your child will actually work with them.
